About

My name is Katie, and I’m here to help.

With well over a decade of experience as an athletic trainer and physical therapist, I have seen a lot. I have stood on the sidelines at youth recreational games, and I have traveled with Division 1 college teams during NCAA tournaments. I have cared for novices, weekend warriors, professionals, and Olympians. Whatever your sport may be, if you like it, I love it for you.

As a board-certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy, I can attest that not all rehabilitation professionals are created equally. It takes specific knowledge, skills, and experience to prepare athletes for participation, optimize their performance, and help them recover when they need it. Caring for athletes is my passion, and it is a responsibility that I do not take lightly.
